In the glass

Cherry pink with ruby reflections, clear. The nose opens on flowers — tuberose, peony, geranium — then red berries, green cherry and grapefruit, with a trace of dill. The palate is agile and clean, with a savoury finish of good length. Fresh and fruity: good as an aperitivo, and it holds up to light food. Serve at 10–12 °C.
