Giglio Rosa
Still Rosé
100% Barbera from twenty-year-old vines. Hand-harvested, gentle pressing, fermented with indigenous yeasts in steel. A dry rosé, almost austere — the kind that calls for food and doesn't need asking twice.
Monferrato · Grazzano Badoglio
An old farmhouse on the south-facing slope. Monferrato marlstone, nights that stay cool even in summer, hand harvest, spontaneous fermentation. We do little in the cellar. Even less in the vineyard.

Leave the world
a little better
than we
found it.
Tenuta Magrini is a wine estate founded in 2022 in Grazzano Badoglio, Monferrato, with one simple goal: to leave the world a little better than we found it. And to make good wine, as if it were only for friends.
The estate sits in an old farmhouse on the slope of a south-facing hill at 350 metres, sheltered by a wood. The temperature range is sharp, the wind steady, the nights cool even in summer. The wines that come from here are taut, with the vintage written inside.
Our farming is natural and ethically sustainable. No herbicides since 2021, when we began treating the soil under organic protocol; in 2023 we completed formal ICEA organic certification. The harvest is always by hand and our wines ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts only.

I.
Still Rosé
100% Barbera from twenty-year-old vines. Hand-harvested, gentle pressing, fermented with indigenous yeasts in steel. A dry rosé, almost austere — the kind that calls for food and doesn't need asking twice.
II.
Barbera d'Asti
100% Barbera d'Asti from twenty-year-old vines. Hand-harvested, spontaneous fermentation in steel. Barbera the way we drink it at the table: dark fruit, salty acidity, clean finish without effort.
III.
Barbera d'Asti Superiore DOCG
100% Barbera d'Asti Superiore DOCG from twenty-year-old vines. Hand-harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts, eighteen months in barrique. The wine that asks us for the most patience: fine tannin, measured oak, a bottle worth waiting for.
IV.
Rosé Wine
Nebbiolo grapes. Hand harvest, spontaneous fermentation in steel, no fining and no filtration. Cherry pink, floral nose, savoury finish. The first wine here that does not come from Barbera.
Available at the cellar door by appointment and online at Callmewine.
03 — The place
We sit at 350 metres, south-facing, with the wood behind us. The temperature range is sharp, the wind steady. The rest is done by cool nights and patience.
Every vintage is a different story. That is the only reason it's worth doing again.
04 — Contact
Wine makes sense in the vineyard, not in a brochure. Drop us a line — we'll be waiting with a glass in hand and all the time you need.
